Friday, June 14th
Punchline Comedy Club, San Francisco

For over 32 years the nation's best comics have appeared at the San Francisco Punch Line, the city's longest running comedy club. Stars such as Robin Williams, Ellen Degeneres, Rosie O'Donnell, Drew Carey, Chris Rock and Dana Carvey took their first comedic steps on the Punch Line stage, entertaining thousands while perfecting their craft. The Punch Line's dedication to comic tradition has earned the San Francisco Examiner and the San Francisco Chronicle's readers' choice award for the best comedy club.
Sarah Silverman is a two-time Emmy Award-winning comedian, actress, writer, and producer. She currently hosts her weekly podcast, the critically acclaimed The Sarah Silverman Podcast, available on iTunes and wherever podcasts are available. She can next be seen as the host of TBS' Stupid Pet Tricks, an expansion of the famous David Letterman late night segment. She recently wrapped production on Netflix's Maestro, a biopic on the life of composer Leonard Bernstein. She will star opposite Bradley Cooper as Bernstein's sister Shirley. Other upcoming projects include the indie psychological thriller Viral, starring alongside Blair Underwood. This past Spring, Silverman's off-Boadway musical adaptation of her 2010 memoir "The Bedwetter: Stories of Courage, Redemption, and Pee" had a sold-out run with the Atlantic Theatre Company. Silverman previously hosted the Emmy and Writers Guild-nominated Hulu series I Love You, America.

For thousands of years, the Ohlone Native Americans managed and harvested the natural bounty of what is now the Presidio. In 1776, Spanish soldiers and missionaries arrived, forever disrupting Ohlone culture and beginning 218 years of military use of the area just south of the Golden Gate.
Sundown Cinema is back for its fifth season! This year, the free outdoor movie series will feature seven films in seven parks across San Francisco. A beloved Father’s Day tradition celebrating the creativity of North America’s indigenous peoples, the 26th annual Native Contemporary Arts Festival showcases a diverse array of Native music, dance, spoken word, visual artists, vendors and crafts. Cheaper Than Therapy offers a healthy dose of live stand-up comedy every Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, year-round. Located in San Francisco's historic Shelton Theater in the heart of Union Square, Cheaper Than Therapy is convenient to get to, whether you live in the Bay Area or are just visiting.
About the show
Each show features five to six hand-picked, experienced comedians and an occasional guest drop-in.
Please arrive at the theater by 7:45pm to check in with the box office. The bar opens at 7pm, and the show starts at 8pm. Last seating is at 8:20pm.
The theater has a full bar with no drink minimum. Come early for craft drinks and great seats!

No, there is no drink minimum.
What if I'm late?
This is a live show, and we want everyone to have a great time. As a courtesy to the performers and audience, we will not seat those who arrive after 8:20pm. If you are unable to make it by this time, please let us know. We would be happy to transfer your tickets to a future date.
Is there parking available?
There is no parking at the theater, but there are many public parking garages close by. See your options on Parkopedia.
If the event is sold out, will you have tickets at the door?
We often sell out, so please buy your tickets in advance. If the event is sold out online, we will not have any extra tickets to sell at the door. In that case, please get tickets to the next show!
If I can't make it to the show anymore, will the fees be refunded?
Unfortunately, Eventbrite does not refund any fees, so only the base ticket price is refunded. However, we're happy to transfer your tickets to a future show of your choice instead. Just email us at info@cttcomedy.com let us know that you can no longer make it and want to transfer your tickets. Once you've decided on a date that works better for you, email us again at least 48 hours in advance of the show, and we'll confirm your tickets.
