SF Beer Week Opening Gala

Pier 35, San Francisco

6 PM, Ages: 21+

$85

The Bay Area's premiere craft beer tasting event returns to kick off SF Beer Week.

GA - 6 PM ENTRY ••••• VIP - 5 PM ENTRY ••••• PREMIUM - 4 PM ENTRY

* Splurge on Premium - 4pm entry, exclusive releases from Russian River, Humble Sea, Cellarmaker, HenHouse, 21A, Barrel Brothers, Woods and Barebottle, brewer meet-n-greets, cosmically cool swag bag, game area, private facilities, and chillin' in swanky Astro Lounge.

The SF Beer Week Opening Gala is the most anticipated and prestigious annual gathering of Northern California's craft beer community. Join 100+ craft breweries and guests for the greatest celebration of regional craft beer in FOUR years!

It’s the singular official kick off for SF Beer Week — a must-attend directly supporting the local craft beer community and providing exclusive and pre-release access to hundreds of new and special releases from indie craft brewers across the Bay, all under one roof.

This community-first gathering is ground zero for the region's craft beer scene, when breweries from throughout the greater Bay Area converge to serve you the most creative and compelling beers the region has to offer -- showcasing all the creativity and innovation that's made Northern California one of the best beer producing regions in the world.

*** The SF Beer Week Opening Gala is the region's most memorable tasting event and the ultimate craft beer experience, with hundreds of releases — special, rare, one-time collaborations and one-offs tapped exclusively for SF Beer Week — being poured. New in 2024, too, are member showcases beyond craft beer: wine, cider, non-alcoholic, more! Don't be fooled by fakers; the SF Beer Week Opening Gala is the one and only, the premier craft beer event, put on by local independent craft breweries themselves as member-owners of the nonprofit trade association, Bay Area Brewers Guild. ***
