Seeking a Temporary Accountant to support a Finance Team. Daily responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Create and post journal entries.

• Assist with Accounts Receivables.

• Prepare and post accounting entries for month end close.

• Prepare Rebates variance reconciliation and monthly accrual entries.

• Manage all reconciliations as assigned.

• Assist with audits.

• Internal Controls.

• Standardizing and Documenting Process.

• Prepare client payment and cost reports.

• Calculate and update cost-plus multipliers quarterly.

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least five years’ experience in accounting or a related field

• Strong spreadsheet and online accounting system skills

• Proficiency in Excel

• Great attention to detail

• Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written.

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

• Strong mathematical and analytical skills

• Good understanding of GAAP accounting and financial reporting principles and practices

• Strong understanding of general ledger

• Familiarity with accounting software
